Hey, I’m Daniel 👋
I’m an engineer turned entrepreneur.
Before founding Systemify in 2020, I spent five years working as an engineer, living abroad in China and Bali, where I learned how different life can feel when work isn’t the only thing that defines you.
Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of entrepreneurs and more than 70 companies design their Notion systems and operations — so their businesses can finally run smoothly without relying on them for every little thing.
But for me, this isn’t just about systems or productivity.
It’s about freedom.
I firmly believe we weren’t built just to work.
Life is way bigger than that.
It’s about having time to be with your family, do what you love, be in nature, and actually enjoy the life your business makes possible.
